      401 K matching Treated better than most places Discounts on food Can go up the chain pretty quickly Can make good money in the summer months

      Cons

      Schedule doesn’t come out until Saturdays and always different each week Under qualified chefs No benefits (health, dentist) Unfair distribution of tables Too many “managers” Very slow in the off season
