Pros

Basically if you don't really care about doing the right thing or care how your manager treats you, its an ok place to work. There was a relaxed dress code that was instituted by HR to help with declining employee morale. That would have been nice except that most upper level executives did not seem to be on board with this decision so if you did dress more casually you were judged as someone who didn't care much about your future with the company.

Cons

If you want to grow as an employee and a person and get compensated in line with your effort and commitment, you should look elsewhere. There is a clear divide between those in true "management" positions and those that are not (many are give that title in name alone) and if you are not in the upper inner circle, no one really cares about your opinion as long as you just do what you are told. You are rewarded for resisting the urge to think for yourself. There are a lot of double standards all over the place for the "preferred" and "protected" ones over the general employees. I would suggest doing your research before considering this company as a place of employment. They talk a big talk but do not back up or support majority of what they say. It is downright toxic if you are not related to an executive or are a "chosen" one for some other reason. The few really good employees that land don't stay long once they figure things out.
