Not a Recommended Workplace I believe it's crucial for potential employees to know the reality of this organization. Hidden Agendas: There are several undisclosed aspects of the job that become apparent only after you join. This lack of transparency can make you feel misled and undervalued. Superficial Activities: The company seems more focused on creating an image on social media rather than fostering a healthy work culture. Weekend activities often appear to be for show rather than genuine team-building. Lack of Training: Don't expect any substantial training or mentorship. You're mostly left to fend for yourself, which can be challenging, especially for newcomers. Limited Senior Support: Senior employees may not provide the support you need. Instead of guiding you properly, they often deflect queries and push you towards a single project that the company specializes in. Unreasonable Demands: It's not uncommon for senior employees to delegate difficult tasks to junior staff, even if it means staying late into the night. This work distribution is unfair and adds unnecessary pressure on new hires. Double Standards: The company seems to have double standards when it comes to work hours. Established employees can arrive late and leave as they please, while newcomers are expected to strictly adhere to the 10-hour requirement.
