Disingenuous & petulant owner and a lousy product to boot (oooh website templates… how 2001). Customer team were under constant pressure to deliver unmanageable workloads. Zero company benefits and pay wasn’t exactly great either (alarm bells should have started ringing when the owner originally offered me £5k less than the advertised starting wage when I successfully applied for the job!!) Just a really horrible little business with illusions of grandeur. Avoid.

The owner rarely came into the office

Compliance to go into a damp office and sit in silence Everyone in the company complained and spoke poorly behind the owner and COO’s back. A very negative place to work.
