Worst company and destroyed my new career path - Software Engineer Webelight Solutions Employee Review

Opposite to others' reviews, in simple words,i would like to share my worst experience at Webelight Solutions in Ahmedabad is one of the worst start-up companies I've encountered. They show no support or consideration for freshers, only favoring their own people. I got hired based on my interview performance, but within just one month, they terminated me without any concern for my well-being. As a result, I lost my hard-earned savings of ~ 40k on staying at a PG, travel expenses, and other miscellaneous costs. To add insult to injury, they didn't even credit my salary. If you're searching for a dreadful company to join, I strongly recommend avoiding Webelight Solutions at all costs. The HR policies are pathetic and suitable only for "mavawalas". They make fake promises and have no proper HR policy documents; most things are conveyed verbally, which is dangerous for new joiners.
