Upper management is a great help in finding root cause for issues. In 3 years we went from working 7 days a week to a 5 day work week because things were running smoother and we were able to meet our numbers in 5 days.

The HR is not credible, no professionalism, 0 knowledge, liars, highly contradictory, unethical. They have no HR skills, they hire the wrong people for the wrong job. They perform no screening on the people they hire, you won't know whether you're working with a convicted criminal or not. Management(Directors) : 0 knowledge, no management skills, no credentials, no leadership skills, no negotiation skill. Please hire management with appropriate university credentials. They have 0 knowledge of the plant and creates problems that cost the company millions. Departments: Suffering from lack of leadership by managers and directors.
