Independant and interesting work in a good industry, low energy consumption housing. Avantagous work conditions, driven by sales-figures.
Cons
Rigid hierarchy, often-times not listening and willing to of adjust to local circumstances. Too many times things needed to be sorted-out away from the official path in order to get things moving and to satisfy the client and the company.
