Pros
Webigence is a great company to work for. The people are friendly and approachable and senior management although busy will try and find time to help where/when needed. They are fair and understanding. Healthy eating and posture, regular movement breaks are encouraged with fruit, tea, coffee and other snacks provided. Interests outside of work are also encouraged such as sport, cooking, going to meet-ups or courses. The company pays for going out as a team for birthday lunches which is great.
Cons
Overall vision/direction of the company is not really communicated at all with the team, so it can feel a little unsettling. Open plan office with loud phone calls can be distracting. The location is ok but not really very central so there is no buzz or feeling of being close to vibrant tech communities. Good financial package but not extra benefits such as health care, eye care, gym memberships etc
