Pros

Webindia Inc is a place where you can have a honourable job with pride and dignity. They emphasis on long term vision with focused environment, thereby results in client satisfaction and opportunities in long term. If you work with honesty and dedication, you can get competitive increment. The office infrastructure is quite happening and has a nice cafeteria where you can get lunch and dinner facility as well, at a very nominal cost. They focus on skill development, training & knowledge development. The company culture is very peaceful and stable. So all good from my side. I give "Thumbs Up" to the organization and wish it keeps growing more and more....

There are no really cons at present. All is good with the organization.

Leaving feels therapeutic, almost life saving.

Cons

* Hired for recruitment. Not given the basic recruitment tools required to recruit. * Expected to hire quality candidates while being restricted to one platform with minimal functionality. Apparently telepathy was part of the job description. * Asked to sacrifice my personal LinkedIn account for mass outreach every day, as if LinkedIn restrictions and professional reputation don’t exist. * Micromanagement deserves its own department. Constant updates, trackers, spreadsheets, screenshots, messages… somehow there was more tracking than recruiting. * Zero trust. Every minute needed proof that you were working instead of letting results speak. * Leadership expected miracles while removing every resource needed to achieve them. * Processes changed constantly and efficiency seemed to be treated like an optional feature. * Candidate handling and hiring decisions often lacked practical understanding of how recruitment actually works. * Instead of solving bottlenecks, more monitoring was added. Because obviously another tracker fixes everything. * Productivity wasn’t measured by hires. It was measured by how many updates you could send in a day. * The role felt less like HR recruitment and more like surviving an obstacle course designed by people who have never recruited. * If you enjoy spending more time explaining why you can’t recruit than actually recruiting, this is the place for you.
