      - They take your documents and don't give back. - In this COVID-19 pandemic, they fire the employees and say we will try to give salary to those who have work. - Many people don't fight with the company because the employee time is precious than the company. Otherwise many would have filed cases.

      There is no time flexibility you need to work regularly as many as decided, if your work is completed then too you need to stay till your time gets up.
