Incentive scheme and salary increase does not live up to real situations. They can easily manipulate variables for salary increase. There is no definite ruling for skipped and cancellations. They can easily rig the rules based on the present situation, and these rules are not included on black and white company's policy.By doing so, tutor's salary rate goes down.This is CHEATING!!!EXPLOITATION!! You are welcome for stealing away tutor's salary by your excuses ,which is not included in your written policy. WHAT YOU SOW TODAY , IS WHAT YOU REAP IN THE FUTURE. SUPPORT IS NOT HELPFUL .No real-time response for emergencies and queries because they want tutors to fail the criteria for salary increase.
