Pros

The company culture was amazing at the Webnode. While they have roughly around 100 employees, they still manage to keep that nice start-up company feeling there. The work-life balance was perfect and everyone I met there were super friendly to me. Webnode´s HR department (two super ladies!) are making their best to make everyone feel like home. I was happy with the salary and benefits they offered to me. They are also flexible with the working hours and offer possibility for home office as well.

Cons

While being a really nice place to work, Webnode is probably not a "rocket launch pad" for your career. Since they are relatively small company, career growth opportunities are unfortunately rare.

Repetitive Tasks – Daily tasks might feel routine or repetitive, which can lead to burnout over time. Salary and Benefits – Compensation may not be as competitive compared to similar roles in the industry.
