I won't recommend this company to anyone as the owner of this company has a history of exploiting his employees especially interns and also holding back their salaries without any valid reason like he did mine. I worked as a full time employee here for about 8 months. Completed my all tasks on time. I gave my proper Resignation in the month of March clearly mentioning that I'm ready to serve 1 month notice period and in it's response i received my resignation acceptance letter in which there was no mention of notice period duration and only my last working date was mentioned. I was told that I'll receive my documents and my salary in 45 days but till this date i haven't received anything. I tried to talk to the HR and to my boss but the are not ready to release my salary. I'm not demanding for free money. I'm demanding money for my hard work. The owner of this company is a very miser person like i'll present one example: One international client came to our office and he got brownies for all the employees which we never got because our boss took the boxes back home. Brownie is not a luxury for people who are earning good enough but this shows what kind of a person Mr. Shrivastava (owner) is. There are many such instances
