Pros
Benefits are really great, you get to meet some nice people, and the commission if you're a good sales person is good.
Cons
Long hours when you're out of balance, some managers are lazy and put all the work on they're employees. Everything has become very sales driven and it's stressful sometimes to meet your goals.
