Pros
The company has been very welcoming and I can tell they value the wellbeing of their employees. I have learned a lot since being here about both the field of banking, what being a teller entails, as well as increased my overall confidence working with customers. As a business administration student, I feel like this has been a valuable opportunity to gain in-person office experience. Overall, I would recommend working at this organization or participating in the internship program if you are interested in the banking field or just want to have job experience.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons for working at the company. Bank telling can be complicated at the beginning when just starting to learn it, however, the training provided was thorough and we even had the chance to participate in simulations before even working with actual customers.
