Employees were very friendly and welcoming.

I was let go by email sent at 7pm, completely out of the blue and not even by the owner or my line manager but another employee. When asked for an explanation I was given various contradicting reasons such as redundancy (they've just hired a replacement) not gelling well with the team (team confirmed not the case) and not proactive enough (my figures speak for themselves). I never actually got to speak to management face to face or on the phone and then on my final pay day they did not pay my commission and only paid about half of my basic salary which had to be chased until it was paid in full. I also only received my two payslips after my final pay day despite asking for them and reminding them that they are a legal requirement. They also pressured me into accepting the role saying they needed an answer that day despite knowing I had other interviews. And they lied about the amount of business they were doing, their average fee and therefore my earning potential.
