      Pros

      1- Salary on Time 2- Some projects are good. 3- If you have good knowledge then you can work smoothly. No work pressure. 4- Not need to work on Holidays. 5- Company is on good place. 6- Colleagues are good. 7- Owner (Atin Kapoor) is very good person.

      Cons

      1- Higher management and project managers are very egoistic. 2- Canteen facility is not available. 3- No salary for remaining leave after regisnation. 4- Company give low salary appraisal. 5- No basic facilities like Medical Insurance and PF. 6- Company -NOT provide any technical training .

      Too much Client Intervention in matters pertaining to people with the least tolerance.

      The absolute professional yet friendly environment in Webvirtue gives its employees complete peace of mind to put their complete energy and focus towards their performance and growth at their workplace. Flexible timings let employees manage their work and homely affairs and maintain the work/life balance. Dedication towards goals and delivery keeps the customer at cool. Being a service provider Webvirtue has total strength to prove the gut and make the clients always at high spirit.

      Cons

      No Company is 100% perfect. However while working with Webvirtue I never found any major cons. 100% recommended.
