Yes, we absolutely do! Employees may work extra hours if they choose and we reward performers with some of the best incentives other companies would envy. Hard work does not go unnoticed. How about a brand new TV? How about giving away $10,000 worth of prizes in one week, team trips to Niagara Falls and our Employee Appreciation day was a huge success. We are transparent about our wages and most of our staff make a minimum of $80K per year and more. Our eNPS is at 80% which is an excellent score....we must be doing something right! Our culture is second to none, and welcome anyone to ask the rest of our employees and past employees what they think about us. A recent comment: environment is a pretty cool, fun and doesn't seem like work at all.
