Pros
- You'll have nice work & play environment - You'll learn a lot - A lot. - Your work will be appreciated with all glory - If you are technically sound, can see bigger picture quickly, you will soon be taking all decisions on your own, managing probably a module by yourself - Competent salary
Cons
For cons, contradict all pros one by one, like so - - After you are ~1 year experienced, you'll understand there is no work-life balance - Whatever you have learnt is not streamlined - You'd become a jack of all and king of none. - Someone else is now going to get your glory because your module is already delivered and you are not the required hero now - You'll still be handling modules by yourself, working your back off over unpaid weekends - Their paid leaves policy is bad, they cut your pay if you take leave this month, then pay it back in March.
