Pros
The engineering culture is really good and the kind of opportunities you get to learn technology is also great. If you are fresher then don't even think twice about this aspect. What I liked most was the no BS attitude towards engineering, imagine working with great colleagues who deeply understand the things they work on. The compensation is also way above average and it might not be as crazy as some "start-ups" that are cropping up but if you add value the % raises and bonus at year end that you get is really good.
Cons
Don't expect any fancy food/other amenities, though the basics are covered. You are expected to work hard as its a fast paced environment and it might be a good/bad thing depending on your personality type and work ethics. But if you are looking for a 9-5 don't even think about this place. It has all the craziness of a start-up that's trying to figure out how to do things and this might get overwhelming for some people.
