Pros
Many employees have learned their current job from scratch here at Webzen Dublin: Previously lawyers, English teachers, students in physics, literacy, economics... Those people became Community Managers, Game Support Specialists, Customer Supports, Social Media Managers, Team Leaders, Game Producers... Webzen teaches to those who have joined with a passion for video games and a desire to change a career path. This is the house for all juniors to become seniors and - thus- make the wish come true for hundreds of people. Lot of those "Webzen Hogwart students" are working in many famous companies (Ubisoft, Blizzard, Paypal, Facebook, Google...) at several level of hierarchy and all over the world. Rares are the place where without any experience (but always with a passion for game required) you can enter the video game industry.
Cons
Webzen Dublin is the spearhead of Webzen Korean Headquarters. Most of the critical decisions are taken by the Korean office and the two entities are quite different in their size and structure. It leads from time to time to miscommunication or misunderstanding of point of views but the hierarchy is working actively to alleviate those bottlenecks, opening windows of comprehension between all stakeholders. Like any other companies will/have known, Webzen Dublin had its full but also its first recession period of employment in 2016: As you can imagine, it has shaken the usual and everlasting good mood at that time and many people had to leave a company they have known and liked for many years.
