Low pay No way of directly speaking to someone at the company Rude customers who give you 1 star out of spite or pettiness Pay does not reflect money you spend on travel or products No training No support when you have difficult customers. Wecasa do not listen to your perspective as a cleaner. Wecasa take far too much of a cut when they do very little to help or support you You can never just call or email anyone Low pay that is just above the minimum wage and is not the London living wage. Wecasa do not ever negotiate to remove unfair 1 star reviews. You just get left with unfair, unjust feedback that brings your ratings down. Poor advice or what products or tools you need

while the website clearly states that after 3 cancellations your account will be blocked for 48 hours, they block you for 1 month, ignoring your emails, all that whole paying you peanuts when you actually get a customer. terrible outdated app, even worst treatment if us who actually make them money. totalitarian regime!!!
