8yThank you for your feedback. Although we find the subject matter challenging, and at times personal, we do want to take a moment to address your comments and concerns.
Communication is a key component to every relationship, and while we are in no way perfect, we value feedback and have established numerous channels to decision makers for constructive input. We know that feedback contributes to our ability to make positive change. We are disappointed that you did not allow us the opportunity to discuss your views in a mutually beneficial forum.
Our good reputations as individuals and as a company are very important to us. We have a history of individual community service and charity, as well as our company’s record of giving, coupled with employee-led community and school improvement projects. We’re also proud to have a best in class employee retention record and a CEO who is respected both inside and outside the organization. With all of this, we are struggling to connect your experience to our organization.
We have never, ever, planted a review.
