WB is a fantastic firm to be at. It's very friendly, collegiate and feels like a forward thinking law firm. Great rebrand too.

Pay and benefits could do with some improvement, but I feel I earn a good salary for the hours expected.

Given lots of responsibility and can manage your own work streams. Not expected to stay late and good work life balance.

None come to mind although I imagine the pros depend on what team you are working in.
