Pros
Even though they can't man their jobs they are very busy. They figure if you keep growing that the losses will work them selves out.
Cons
No set raises or reviews for journeyman,, terrible treatment of apprentices, office forgets to sign apprentices up for school and they don't get their raises on time. I was a field supervisor with them and lost all my good guys because they were denied yearly raises or even reviews. I lost 3 apprentices because the office didn't sign them up for school. James Selecky will verbally abuse you if you don't follow his every word regardless of how profitable you are. Talk to anyone who has worked here and left and they will tell you the truth they offer incentives for you to vote them a "top place to work" when it's time but they are terrible managers.
