Almost a good job - Anonymous employee Weigel's Employee Review

No consistent work schedule. Work schedules are made weekly instead of bi-weekly. Management has little care for when people want to work. High turn over rate of employees. Promotions happen for people who are no where near qualified to manage the stores. No where to sit in or outside of the store. No break room. No secure area for personal affects. Not good for lazy, low-energy people
