Front line manager positions and below are filled with exceptional people! So supportive and great to be around... Unfortunately this is the only positive today and for the foreseeable future.
Cons
Senior Management and above are probably the weakest assembly of humans on Earth. Their absolute inability to make decisions is disappointing and shameful. The CEO is just terrible. He is so very weak and does not allow anyone stronger than him to stay in the organization. This makes for an incredibly weak group of individuals. Like plain toast and warm milk... A little substance, but nothing you really want or get excited about. The nepotism, secrecy and bullying culture make ESCO the dying bastion of old white male cronyism it now is. It's amazing how they've managed to bring in new VP's that are more old school than the bigots currently in charge. All the strong, decent people who were recently forced out or left over the past year and a half are lucky. Those of us who remain spend most of our day cleaning up our resumes and networking with former classmates and colleagues.
