Pros

Fantastic team, wonderful open people, wanting to learn and experience, Projects within the dewatering systems. Worldwide - Import & Export opportunities with a great product range. Back up and support of well know products. Weir Minerals is a growing business and this is why I wanted to be part of the team.

Cons

Bullying and underhanded control of managers. Standover tactics should not be acceptable. When a staff member has been with the company for over 20 years, can act as a professional bully to staff & customers. So unprofessional within management. To abuse staff & not be able to train or advise key roles. Knowledge should be admired and praised - Not belittled. To ask to use the bathroom or consult supervisors for advice, to be spoken down to as a child. For staff to be terrified to say anything, and shy down at meetings, as the after talking down was disgraceful. Yelling throwing, things, reports ripped up in your face. and yet to be called a manger....
