Pros
Very laid back if you know how to machine parts correctly. Great benefits, 401k match and insurance. Just have thick skin and take everything from the office with a grain of salt.
Cons
It’s a lean shop, run two parts and you’ll run the same two parts next week. There is no logic to why they do what they do. If you have a good idea don’t waste your time pitching it.
