Coworkers are good caring people. Neat products and applications. Plentiful opportunities for advancement, to a point. Good support of additional training if desired.
Cons
Tends to be strongly run by meeting numbers and budgets. A lot of "ship it no matter what", causing lapses in quality and lack of customer focus. Can be heavy on red tape and bureaucracy.
