Very negative atmosphere, a lot of finger pointing, no one takes any responsibility. No paid over time. Managers constantly looking at their watch when employees leave, even though they have already put in more than the scheduled 7.5 hours for the day. Each employee, department, location is treated differently. There is no consistency.
