Pros
Transportation management is familiar with the stores delivered to and delivery conditions there. Tractors and trailers are well maintained. As of late 2015, driving piece rate averaged out to around $23/hr. Home every day or night, with run lengths between 6 and 13 hours.
Cons
You need to be a driver who's patient with your cornering, your unloading, and the teenagers on the store docks, or you'll be hand-restacking a whole lot of groceries. Route start times vary daily, are only available to you the same day, and sometimes with only two hours' notice.
