      Pros

      Potential to make a significant salary within fourteen months of hire, with benefits available within six weeks. Very little supervisor intervention, very independent work environment.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime several times per week, which can get old really quick. Lots of industrial equipment is outdated and in disrepair, sometimes causing concern for personal safety.
