The atmosphere is excellent. The store managers are open to suggestions. The training of employees has merit. The company is family friendly and oriented.
Cons
The training process of new employees needs to be reviewed for both the lenghth of time and the indiviuals who do the training. Training should be done by managers or manager assistants.
