Horrible, horrible upper management. They really believe that they know everything, and will never listen to any one, including the customers. I am embarrassed to tell people I work there, and as soon as I do, I have to endure a barrage of complaints. There has been absolutely no effort whatsoever to address these complaints. Everything is blamed on store level employees. even though we are absolutely powerless. If a Weis employee is nice to you, PLEASE reward them, because they are trying to be nice under severe duress.
