Pros
It's a pretty lax environment. Your enjoyment of it will probably depend on your coworkers. If they're miserable in your department, then you probably won't enjoy yourself very much. A lot of it depends on the store manager and assistant manager, too.
Cons
Obviously the pay is terrible but that's to be expected out of a place like Weis. Sometimes managers can be a bit rude, but you'll find that anywhere. Weis isn't the most successful supermarket chain out there. A lot of better ones with better products and management exist for sure.
