Unappreciated current employee - Current Associate Weis Markets Employee Review

The harder you work for this company the less you are appreciated. The store is already shorthanded of staff but they continually keep cutting hours! A 3 hour, or less, shift is ridiculous!! While others who are full time employees spend half their time 'visiting' in departments they don't even work in. As for store management...good luck getting much respect out of most of them! A little kindness and respect can go along way! It's often hard to greet your customers with a smiling face when management robs you of your self esteem!!!
