      Good associates and some decent benefits

      Cons

      Too many VPs, SVPs, and other titled corporate hooligans. Not enough focus on store level staffing to adequately run the building. No trust for store management to do their jobs. Promises of technology changes that end up being cut off at the knees.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
