Pros
Non-stressful atmosphere - stayed cool during the summer and warm during the winter, very friendly management at the store I worked in. Management often had snacks and sometimes pizza in the break-room.
Cons
The company is very frugal as far as paychecks were concerned - for the first 3 years, I made just above minimum wage until they finally raised it to 9 dollars in August 2015. For part-timers, hours are limited.
