Pros
Starting pay is now $9 an hour. I became friends with most of my co-workers. Mangement doesn't usually bug you but they have there days. Flexible with schedules.
Cons
You get little to no training. You get pulled from the front end to help other departments all the time. They don't always follow your availability. Mangement forgets to tell you when theres been schedule changes. Part-time employees have to strickly stick to 35 hours. Your responsible for not going over your hours. Cashiers call off all the time.
