Pros
Everyone works with your schedule (if you were to be a full-time student in college, high school, etc.), there is room for advancement, the employees are always very friendly, it's great retail/customer service experience and it's a great starter job.
Cons
When you're a manager, there is not much support from your supervisors to help you with issues, especially when you're transferred to a new store and you're trying to get familiar with everything. It's always "You're doing it wrong" or "Well, you need to fix it"... but will you get an answer on how to fix the issues? You're pretty much on your own.
