Pros
The company itself is great, they're willing to train you and are respectful to their employees. The work can sometimes be tough but, it is rewarding. The current CEO Siegfried's son, Thomas, is a wonderful person and will only help improve upon the company's progress.
Cons
Across the ocean in North America, things are different. Yes, it's technically the same company but, the management and some of the other employees are difficult to deal with. At times, it appears that management doesn't know what they're doing and will push off or ignore tasks that need to be dealt with because it could be tricky to handle. It appears that management and personal there likes to hire people who are ok with their current position and don't want to move up in the company. Office staff appear to be poorly trained and then let go or the employee moves on because of lack of training or low pay. Management does not seem to understand work life balance at times.
