Pros

Respect for Marshall Mills and Herb Weitzman. Very nice to have the individual departments. I met some very nice people at Weitzman. Good company to fine tune your skills. Herb Weitzman is very involved at giving back to the community and charitable organizations. Although most say he is terrible to work for I found him to be a great man, he can be tough on his employees but if you listen you will learn a lot from him. Herb refuses to just put someone into his centers for occupancy. I have seen him leave a space empty for years until he finds the right fit for the neighborhood.

Cons

Gossip and Childish. Some are promoted into positions that they are not suited for due to friendships and relationships with the executive teams. Work load is not an even split, some managers will manage 3 property's while others manage 12-15. When hired think ahead, raises are not much, you are lucky if you receive a 2% raise annually so be aware and ask for what you need going in long term.

Pros

Great place to start your brokerage career. They have enough connections throughout the state of Texas that you’re competitive with the bigger firms, but you can also make the splash possible at a smaller brokerage. Great team in Dallas that provided a lot of support. Training program for the first year provides a small salary to get buy on that a lot of other brokerages don’t offer.

Cons

The splits aren’t the best but they reward loyalty.
