      Run … very unorganized, rude supervisor, can’t get material that we need, to many chiefs that wants to run the plant

      family atmosphere, strong work ethic.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and erratic at times. It feels like people are scrambling all the time. I also wish that their family values would extend to rewarding their employees with better pay.
