Good staff discounts off the brands offered - 50% off e.g BK, KFC, Subway When I have made requests like my shift pattern in order to fit in with home issues the company has always been fair and granted my requests. They listen and take appropriate steps to help you. There’s a lot of good advice and support for staff on their staff interface online. Since I returned after the first lockdown there’s a new and very approachable site manager who has made a huge difference to the atmosphere and staff morale. It’s a good place to work now. Most colleagues are friendly and supportive. There’s opportunities to progress if you want or stay in a current role of not.
Cons
On nights we get the same hourly rate. It should be higher due to unsociable working hours and to keep staff. Sometimes it’s difficult when a team member is off sick as cover isn’t always possible at the last minute. I don’t like working alone at night but this can happen and makes me feel anxious.
