Long-tenured, dedicated staff. Lot's of free training. People we serve are amazing. Continuously working to improve and provide both excellent care and an excellent work environment.
Cons
While career stability is great, due to agency structure, there are only so many opportunities for promotion. However WH likes to promote from within whenever possible.
