they don't like you to take time off other then PTO and PSL/ if you run out of PSL to bad you need to come to work sick.
sell anniversary cards that take 20% commission off you
hard to hit commission for product sales. say they pay the front desk with that money, but can go a whole year with no front desk and still no ones makes commission on products.(no front desk stylist need to leave client to answer phone, front door, text back and look at email, check clients in and help with walk ins. (very unprofessional)
have cameras in the breakroom and watch you.
have you start half our before shop opens unpaid because you make commission.
run out of blades all the time have to use the same one over and over again (unsanitary order more blades for back bar)
