Good location and good employees. Management horrible

Not a good / fair environment for employees

Initially pick your own hrs

Always changing your shift last minute to different sites without any regard for your personal commitments. Doesn't look after her staff at all all she cares about is 'running her business' Off sick and trying to get me to go back to work even when I told her I couldn't. Lied about how much millage I would get when agreed it would be 5 miles done a total turn afterwards after I done her favours going to there further sites!
