Pros
I've been here for 6 years, and have seen ups and downs - this market (IIoT) is challenging, and the markets we serve (energy, primarily) is equally challenging. But I can say confidently that the company is now more focused than ever, seeing tremendous growth, and the leadership is as good as it has ever been. I'm a proud "WellHead" and would recommend the company to anyone that asks. - Get to work in one of the most exciting and growing tech industries IIoT) - Dealing with some of the largest industrial customers and partners in the world - Promote from within whenever possible - You can make your own career path - very open to people expanding and changing roles - Good benefits for a startup - Get to solve very real challenges that impact critical infrastructure that we all depend on (energy, water, etc.) - A very family focused, understanding company - Remote work friendly
Cons
- You have to wear a LOT of hats (some like it, some don't). - High expectations for what each person delivers - Typically requires lots of learning of new markets/technologies, given how new much of what we are doing is. Must like to learn. (again, can be a pro or con)
