Pros
PTO time. However, if you leave the organization, they will NOT pay you for the PTO time you've earned so make sure you use it before you leave.
Cons
None of the managers in our area were experienced managers yet were all first time managers. They were lacked the ability to resolve problems, motivate or lead a team and didn't have any best practices therefore just guessed their way through things and didn't make any sense. Workload is not realistic. No processes in place. Low pay for all the things you have to do. Unethical and unprofessional relationships. Lack of value for employees. No diversity in leadership. Take a look at the executive team on the website. That's the theme of the entire company. Doctors are not getting paid so they rob from one start to pay the other. Operates like a ponzi scheme so look for them to be back in the news like they were when then were busted by the FBI before. Leadership will throw lower level employees under the bus in order to keep their jobs. Leadership does not value employees. CEO promotes unethical practices. People are replaceable. It's a revolving door with plenty of jobs because people enter and soon find out this is a horrible place to work.
